Jose Roberto Hernandez
Jose Roberto Hernandez is a founder and President of MultiPolar. In addition, Jose Roberto Hernandez is the Chief of Staff and Organizing Director for the Koreatown Immigrants Workers Alliance. This non-profit organization fights to improve immigrant workers' lives in Koreatown's low-wage industries and build a foundation for change. Jose Roberto is best known for his organizing work across the world throughout Latin America and the United States. JR, as his colleagues know him, has over 30 years of experience in political organizing, policy, and coalition building. He brings a combination of experience and innovation that create winning opportunities for the people he fights for. He understands the importance of culturally literate strategies for mobilizing communities of color and draws on his years of experience to create connections that are otherwise impossible to develop.

Pat Dennis
Pat Dennis is a Founding Partner of Multipolar. Pat has nearly 20 years of experience as a grassroots and coalition-building strategist for labor, corporate, and non-profit clients across the United States. Pat draws upon his extensive experience in campaign management, strategy, and grassroots to deliver winning strategies to clients. He is well known for his unique approach to grassroots advocacy campaigns that combine time-tested community organizing and coalition-building tactics with cutting-edge communications strategies that utilize microtargeting techniques, carefully honed messaging, and the latest marketing methods to vastly increase the effectiveness of these programs.

Ryan Kigawa
Ryan Kigawa is a Founding Partner at MultiPolar with over a decade of experience working with and in immigrant communities on political and public affairs campaigns. A proud University of Southern California graduate, Ryan pursued political organizing and grassroots engagement right out of college. He's been a part of multiple winning campaigns and initiatives at all levels of government. Ryan is the architect for Street Level Strategy's Digital Organizing infrastructure which has been used for multiple multi-million dollar projects. This infrastructure has been used to engage thousands of community members throughout the COVID-19 pandemic and opens a world of possibilities for connecting disenfranchised communities together with empathetic and culturally competent messaging and engagement

David Abud
David Abud currently heads the retail division at KIWA. He has 10 years experience in community, labor, and political organizing, with a focus on immigrant communities. David has worked on campaigns across the USA, Honduras, Mexico, and Guatemala. Originally from San Luis Potosí, Mexico, he is a graduate of Columbia University.
